Hi. I just started juicing for 2 days now and I plan on doing it for 10 days. I feel a little dizzy and weak. Is that normal?

Are you doing a fast or just adding it into your daily routine?

Don’t have time for breakfast? Make time! Get up an extra 20 minutes, or prep it the night before! It’s much easier to have breakfast ready it you’re always on the go if you eat #raw :)

Here I have a green juice (apple, pear, lemon, cucumber, celery), kiwi, grapefruit, strawberries, apple & bananas. Also a huge bottle of water! Stay hydrated & fuel your body with fruit in the AM πŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’šβ€οΈ

I don’t know how anybody can eat another gummy bear 🐻🍬 (or any candy that contains gelatin) after seeing this! πŸ˜·πŸ™…


The list of ingredients range from artificial dyes, processed sugar, pig skin, 🐷 beaver anal secretions, bone, pork hide & Vaseline! I mean, c’mon! Not one ingredient is whole or natural! Gross gross gross. 


✨Just do some research before you eat these so called “candies”, they are more harmful to your body than you could imagine! πŸ‘ŽπŸ˜–

Hey guys! In the past year I’ve made a complete transformation in my life. A year ago talking to me you would see I was insecure and very unsure of myself. I was not progressing in any areas of life, I was very unhealthy (therefore often sick and grumpy) & never satisfied with myself (therefore never satisfied with anything/anyone else). I have worked on self improvement including gaining mental confidence, self awareness, clean eating, adding work outs into my daily schedule & practicing self love. Taking time to truly focus on my WHY— why do I do what I do? What motivates me? What is it that I want to accomplish? What are my goals & how can I get to them?— is the best choice I have ever made. Not only am I happy with my inner self but I am doing what I love on a daily basis and starting to build a living on doing so! There is nothing better than helping others be healthy and happy, it is the most rewarding. 

-So now, I’m looking to grow my team. I’m looking for any individual who is motivated to help others, who has a passion for fitness/health, a natural born leader, would love work from the comfort of your own house or who is simply looking to become a healthier happy being themselves.
